Volume of the voice can be changed by accent and by shouting.

Accent changes the volume of voice for example Scottish people shout a lot but that normal plus you can’t understand them that much by there accent. But someone from the farer down they don’t shout as much and you can understand them a bit more. But people from the west talk posh and they don’t ever shout because of there accent.

Shouting changes the volume by there voice because they are voice are getting louder and more angry. But shouting can be used for more than being angry, it can be used for getting a point across or being excited for something for example YAY!!! It’s a short word for getting excited over something important to them.
