Shakespeare uses words to explain a metaphor in the story of Romeo and Juliet.
When romeo is talking to god about he’s a boat and god is guiding to he’s destiny.
“I fear, too early: for my mind misgives
Some consequence yet hanging in the stars
Shall bitterly begin his fearful date
With this night’s revels and expire the term
Of a despised life closed in my breast
By some vile forfeit of untimely death.
But He, that hath the steerage of my course,
Direct my sail! On, lusty gentlemen.”
Theres a metaphor in this section of romeo and Juliet “that hath the steerage of my course direct my sail! On, lusty gentlemen.” That god is guiding him through his life

You’ve done well to identify and explain one of the metaphors in this passage. Well done, George – you’ve come a long way already this year!
